Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 13A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after the eighth 2paragraph, the following:- 3 Any restaurants, including but not limited to, cafeterias, lounges, bars and other places 4open to the public where food or beverages are served are required to have at least 5% of the 5chairs be armchairs or have them available on-site upon request.
