An Act increasing accessibility in restaurants for physically handicapped persons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 13A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after the eighth 
2paragraph, the following:-
3 Any restaurants, including but not limited to, cafeterias, lounges, bars and other places 
4open to the public where food or beverages are served are required to have at least 5% of the 
5chairs be armchairs or have them available on-site upon request.
