| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 111 of the General laws is hereby amended by adding the |

| 31 | 31 | | 2following section:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 Section 244. The department of public health shall promulgate regulations for the annual |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4health inspection of food trucks. The department shall prescribe rules and regulations relative to |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5inspection schedules, documentation of inspections, standards for acceptable cleanliness and the |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6costs of such inspections. |

| 36 | 36 | | 7 SECTION 2. The department of public health shall promulgate the regulations set forth in |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 8section 1 not later than 1 year after the enactment of this act. |
