2727 An Act establishing statewide food truck regulations.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 111 of the General laws is hereby amended by adding the
3131 2following section:-
3232 3 Section 244. The department of public health shall promulgate regulations for the annual
3333 4health inspection of food trucks. The department shall prescribe rules and regulations relative to
3434 5inspection schedules, documentation of inspections, standards for acceptable cleanliness and the
3535 6costs of such inspections.
3636 7 SECTION 2. The department of public health shall promulgate the regulations set forth in
3737 8section 1 not later than 1 year after the enactment of this act.
