An Act designating certain employees of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to be
in Group 2 of the contributory retirement system.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is
2hereby amended by inserting after the words “Cushing hospital”, in lines 282 and 283, the
3following words:- ; and highway and street construction and maintenance workers of the
4Massachusetts department of transportation
