Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 28N of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, 2is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph:- 3 (b) When any Group 4 member has applied and/or going through the accidental or 4ordinary disability retirement process said member's GIC health care benefits will not be 5terminated and be continued until the members retirement is approved.
