| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 28N of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, |

| 32 | 32 | | 2is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 (b) When any Group 4 member has applied and/or going through the accidental or |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4ordinary disability retirement process said member's GIC health care benefits will not be |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5terminated and be continued until the members retirement is approved. |
