2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Chapter 149 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended in line 4 of section 3 after the words
2929 2“reserve police officer” by inserting thereof the following words:- “or a corrections officer or
3030 3correctional program officer".
