2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby
3131 2amended by adding at the end of Section 91 the following paragraph:-
3232 3 (f) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (a) to (d) inclusive, a retired firefighter
3333 4may be employed by the Department of Fire Services in any capacity in excess of 960 hours.
