An Act increasing the cap on outside income for public pension recipients.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 91A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out in line
227 the figure:- “$15,000”, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$65,000”.
