An Act relative to a model carrier reporting requirement on delivery of wines, malt beverages or 
distilled spirits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 138 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 18C the 
2following section:-
3 Section 18D. It shall be the duty of every railroad company, express company, common 
4carrier, contract carrier, firm or corporation that brings, carries or transports wines, malt 
5beverages or distilled spirits into the commonwealth to prepare, and file monthly with the 
6commission, a report which shall include the name and address of the supplier, the weight of 
7wine, malt beverages or distilled spirits; provided, however, said reporting requirement shall not 
8apply to deliveries from certificate of compliance holders licensed pursuant to section 18B to 
9wholesalers licensed pursuant to section 18.  2 of 2
10 Reports shall be submitted to the commission, on a monthly basis, on forms prescribed by 
11the commission.
