Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 1 of chapter 164 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting after the first 2sentence the following sentence:- Any such easement shall grant the same rights of access for the 3benefit of all other properties on the Columbia Point peninsula located between William T. 4Morrissey Boulevard, William J. Day Boulevard and Dorchester Bay.
