2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 15IIIIII the
3131 2following section:-
3232 3 Section 15JJJJJJ. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the last
3333 4week in April as Building Trades Recovery Week, for the Buildings Trades Employers
3434 5Association to promote awareness of the dangers of opioids and substance misuse among
3535 6workers in the construction industry and facilitate discussions and events to combat the opioid
3636 7epidemic and promote mental health in the commonwealth's building construction industry.
