27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

29 | 29 | | 1 Notwithstanding any or special law to the contrary, the appropriate agencies of the |
---|
30 | 30 | | 2commonwealth shall develop regulations to increase standards that address safety issues in the |
---|
31 | 31 | | 3construction industry; |
---|
32 | 32 | | 4 Area of review for regulations shall include but not be limited to the following: |

---|
34 | 34 | | 6 • 40 hours of safety training by an approved training provider, with a 10-huor refresher |
---|
35 | 35 | | 7completed on an annual basis |
---|
36 | 36 | | 8 Craft foreperson |

37 | 37 | | 9 • 62 hours of safety training by an approved training provider, with a 10-hour refresher |
