Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 8B of Chapter 81 of the General laws, is hereby amended by striking the third 2paragraph and replacing it with the following:- 3 "An application for a certificate of eligibility and update statements shall be considered a 4public record as defined by Section 7 of Chapter 4 except that financial information contained in 5the application shall not be a public record.".
