| 31 | 31 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 33 | 33 | | 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to chapter 65 of the acts of 2010 and notwithstanding section 5A |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 2of chapter 3 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 3commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 4commissioner of conservation and recreation, may lease or enter into other agreements with |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 5Riverside Boat Club of Cambridge in the city of Cambridge, for a reconfigured parcel of land for |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 6the continued operation of its historical rowing program and boathouse. The parcel of land is |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | 7more particularly described on a plan of land, on file with the department of conservation and |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 8recreation, entitled “Plan Showing Reoriented Boundary for Riverside Boat Club of Cambridge”, |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 9revised July 29, 2024, including adjacent water sheet currently being used and shall include |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | 10appurtenant rights of access from adjoining public roadways. 2 of 2 |

| 43 | 43 | | 11 SECTION 2. The commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance may: (i) |

| 44 | 44 | | 12make minor revisions to the plan pursuant to paragraph (a) and shall file the final plan with the |

| 45 | 45 | | 13Middlesex southern district registry of deeds; and (ii) execute any leases or other agreements |
