2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 39 of chapter 3 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is
3232 2hereby amended by inserting, after line 148, the following:-
3333 3 No legislative agent previously convicted of federal or state corruption charges shall be
3434 4permitted to lobby elected officials of the general court or their staff.
