An Act relative to the use of competitive bidding process for emergency shelter programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any funds expended for the 
2purpose of providing services through the emergency housing assistance program shall be 
3subject to a competitive bidding process.
