The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act enabling clean energy transition. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 16 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition 2is hereby amended by adding at the end after subsection (f) the following subsection:- 3 (g) The executive office of energy and environmental affairs shall promulgate standards 4and regulations for cost disclosure at all public vehicle charging stations. The owner or operator 5of a public electric vehicle charging station or a designee shall place at each public charging 6station where there is a cost to charge, a standardized cost disclosure notice based on the 7aforementioned standards.
