| 31 | 31 | | 2is hereby amended by adding at the end after subsection (f) the following subsection:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 (g) The executive office of energy and environmental affairs shall promulgate standards |

| 33 | 33 | | 4and regulations for cost disclosure at all public vehicle charging stations. The owner or operator |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5of a public electric vehicle charging station or a designee shall place at each public charging |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6station where there is a cost to charge, a standardized cost disclosure notice based on the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7aforementioned standards. |
