2727 An Act relative to handicap parking access for individuals with autism.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 The ninth paragraph of section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the
3131 22014 Official Edition, by inserting after the first sentence the following:-
3232 3 An individual diagnosed with 1 of the autism spectrum disorders or the parent or
3333 4guardian of an individual diagnosed with 1 of the autism spectrum disorders may be issued a
3434 5placard, provided that the parent or guardian shall only use such placard when transporting the
3535 6individual diagnosed with 1 of the autism spectrum disorders.
