Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. The fourth sentence of section 6 of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as 2appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “on or 3before November tenth in the year after such expenditures”, in lines 24 and 25, and inserting in 4place thereof the following words:- no later than 6 months after the date on which such 5expenditures are certified by the secretary. 6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect 2 years after it is enacted.
