An Act relative to the cancellation of gym memberships.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 93 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of section 81
2the following:-
3 "Any seller whose website allows for the purchase of a contract for health club services
4or the adjustment of a contract, such as but not limited to, additional services, programs, and
5benefits or the removal of additional services and benefits, shall have available on their website a
6method of canceling contracts online."
