William F. MacGregor and Tommy Vitolo (by vote of the town) for legislation to authorize the 
town of Brookline to prohibit or restrict the application of second-generation anticoagulant 
rodenticides. Environment and Natural Resources. [Local Approval Received.]

An Act authorizing the town of Brookline to prohibit or restrict the application of second-
generation anticoagulant rodenticides.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Chapter 132B of the General Laws or any other general or 
2special law to the contrary, the town of Brookline may by bylaw prohibit or restrict the 
3application of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides within the town of Brookline, 
4including the application of such pesticides by licensed commercial applicators as defined in 333 
5C.M.R. 10.00.
6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
