2626 An Act updating the unit pricing exemption threshold.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Section 115A of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
3030 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “$5,000,000” in line 31, and
3131 3inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$10,000,000".
3232 4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
