2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary and any regulation, the board
3030 2of state examiners of electricians and board of electricians appeals shall promulgate regulations
3131 3to allow for a journeyman electrician to have no more than two apprentices under his or her
3232 4direct supervision or employ, provided that one of the apprentices is a student from an accredited
3333 5Chapter 74 Electricity program.
