2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 3 of chapter 23N of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the last
3030 2clause in the definition of “Category 2 license” and inserting in place thereof the following:-
3131 3provided further, a category 2 licensee may, in lieu of the fee in section 5(f), make a capital
3232 4investment of not less than $7,500,000 in a sports wagering facility.
