2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts School
2929 2Building Authority, under the authority granted to it under the School Modernization and
3030 3Reconstruction Trust Fund pursuant to section 35BB of chapter 10 of the General Laws, shall
3131 4promulgate regulations for the creation of a no-interest or low-interest loan program for facility
3232 5construction and upgrades at schools approved under chapter 71B.
