An Act providing for consumer protection in a digital economy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 10 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 78 the 
2following new section:-
3 Section 79. The office of the state treasurer and receiver general shall develop and 
4periodically review and update a digital module and resources on cryptocurrencies and digital 
5assets to support Massachusetts residents with overseeing their finances, understanding money 
6management strategies and protecting their security.
