| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 29C of chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby amended by |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2inserting after the words "visual reproduction" the following words:- ", including visual material |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3produced by digitization". |

| 32 | 32 | | 4 SECTION 2. Section 31 of said chapter of the General Laws is hereby amended by |

| 33 | 33 | | 5inserting before the definition of “dissemination” the following definition:- |

| 34 | 34 | | 6 “Digitization”, the creation or alteration of visual material including, but not limited to, |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7through the use of computer-generated images, in a manner that would appear to a reasonable |

| 36 | 36 | | 8person to depict a minor. |

| 37 | 37 | | 9 SECTION 3. Said section of said chapter is hereby further amended by inserting, at the |

| 38 | 38 | | 10end of the definition of "visual material", the following sentence:- The term "visual material" |
