An Act relative to specially qualified voters.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1 of Chapter 50 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 official edition, is 
2amended by striking out the text contained in lines 129 to 136, inclusive, and further; by striking 
3out the text “(ii) absent from the commonwealth; or” contained in line 137, and further; by 
4striking out the subsection label “(iii)” in line 138 and inserting in place thereof the label:- “(ii)”.
