29	29	An Act prohibiting COVID-19, mRNA vaccination and gene-altering procedures as a condition
30	30	of entry.
31	31	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
32	32	of the same, as follows:
33	33	1 SECTION 1. Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition,
34	34	2is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
35	35	3 Section 245. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the
36	36	4commonwealth shall not require proof of vaccination against COVID-19, mRNA vaccine, or
37	37	5gene-altering procedure as a condition of entry to the Commonwealth.
38	38	6 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commonwealth and all of
39	39	7its agencies, authorities and political subdivisions shall not require proof of vaccination against
40	40	8COVID-19, mRNA vaccine, or gene-altering procedure as a condition of entry to a public
41	41	9building. 2 of 2
42	42	10 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no public or private
43	43	11elementary school, secondary school, high school, charter school, college, university or other
44	44	12post-secondary institution of higher education shall require proof of vaccination against COVID-
45	45	1319, mRNA vaccine, or gene-altering procedure as a condition of enrollment, access to campus or
46	46	14attendance in in-person classes.
47	47	15 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commonwealth shall not
48	48	16require any private business to require proof of vaccination against COVID-19, mRNA vaccine,
49	49	17or gene-altering procedure as a condition of entry to the business, or access to employment by
50	50	18such business.
51	51	19 SECTION 2. The first paragraph of section 92A of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as
52	52	20appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
53	53	21 No owner, lessee, proprietor, manager, superintendent, agent or employee of any place of
54	54	22public accommodation, resort or amusement shall, directly or indirectly, by themselves or
55	55	23another, require proof of vaccination against COVID-19, mRNA vaccine, or gene-altering
56	56	24procedure as a condition of entry to a place of public accommodation, resort or amusement.
