An Act relative to the Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Cleanup Fund Administrative
Review Board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 8 of Chapter 21J of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing
2in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “Massachusetts
3Petroleum Council” and inserting in place thereof the words “American Petroleum Institute or its
4successor”.
5 SECTION 2. Said section is further amended by inserting after the words “New England
6Convenience Store and Energy Marketers Association, Inc.” the words “or its successor”.
7 SECTION 3. Said section is further amended by inserting after the words “New England
8Service Station and Automotive Repair Association” the words “or its successor”.
