An Act permitting free passage across private tidelands.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1 of chapter 91 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is 
2hereby amended by inserting after the words “through the water” the following words:- and 
3passing freely across the tidelands by running, walking, and to access swimming and snorkeling.
