| 29 | 29 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Executive Office of |

| 30 | 30 | | 2Energy and Environmental Affairs shall provide authorization that cranberry water use |

| 31 | 31 | | 3registrations and permits issued pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 21G can be used for mitigation by |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4other municipal permitted or registered users within the same watershed, provided that users |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5obtain the appropriate registrations and permits issued pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 21G for the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6new water use. |
