3030 1 Resolved, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Department of
3131 2Environmental Protection shall conduct a study to examine the impact of Bittersweet Vine and
3232 3other invasive plant species in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and suggest solutions to the
3333 4problems created by these invasive plants.
3434 5 The agency shall file a report of their findings and recommendations with the clerks of
3535 6the house of representatives and the senate, the chairs of the house and senate committees on
3636 7ways and means, and the house and senate chairs of environment and natural resources, not later
3737 8than September 30, 2025.
