[SIMILAR MATTER FILED IN PREVIOUS SESSION SEE SENATE, NO. 573 OF 2023-2024.] The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to Stony Brook Reservation. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the department of 2conservation and recreation shall study and make recommendations to restore and maintain 3Stony Brook Reservation located in the city of Boston and town of Dedham. Stony Brook 4Reservation is a historic landmark offering outdoor recreational facilities. Said report shall 5consider the improvements to recreational facilities and the maintenance, and rehabilitation of 6current state-owned land. Said report shall also identify long term expansion and rehabilitation 7of the current Stony Brook Reservation to maximize public use. Said report shall be filed with 8the joint committee on the environment, natural resources and agriculture and the house and 9senate committee on ways and means 90 days after the passage of this act.
