| 28 | 28 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 30 | 30 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the department of |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 2conservation and recreation shall study and make recommendations to restore and maintain |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3Stony Brook Reservation located in the city of Boston and town of Dedham. Stony Brook |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4Reservation is a historic landmark offering outdoor recreational facilities. Said report shall |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5consider the improvements to recreational facilities and the maintenance, and rehabilitation of |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6current state-owned land. Said report shall also identify long term expansion and rehabilitation |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7of the current Stony Brook Reservation to maximize public use. Said report shall be filed with |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 8the joint committee on the environment, natural resources and agriculture and the house and |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 9senate committee on ways and means 90 days after the passage of this act. |
