An Act relative to disabled veterans fishing and hunting licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 official edition, is hereby 
2amended by adding at the end the following new section:--
3 SECTION X "Any disabled veteran who is a legal resident of the commonwealth, upon 
4application and proof of being a disabled veteran, as determined by the United States Department 
5of Veterans Affairs, may receive a license to fish and hunt without the requirement of paying any 
6fees as set forth in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, section 11."
7 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
