An Act relative to mental health providers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 22 of Chapter 32A is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof
2the following:- or a licensed occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant.
3 SECTION 2. Section 47B of Chapter 175 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof
4the following:- or a licensed occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant.
5 SECTION 3. Section 8A of Chapter 176A is hereby amended by adding at the end
6thereof the following:- or a licensed occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant.
7 SECTION 4. Section 4A of Chapter 176B is hereby amended by adding at the end
8thereof the following:- or a licensed occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant. 2 of 2
9 SECTION 5. Section 4M of Chapter 176G is hereby amended by adding at the end
