| 29 | 29 | 1 Section 17C of chapter 130 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official | |
| 30 | 30 | 2Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:- | |
| 31 | 31 | 3 (h) The Marine Recreational Fisheries Development Fund shall be reimbursed annually | |
| 32 | 32 | 4from the general fund for all lost revenue attributed to the issuance of free licenses pursuant to | |
| 33 | 33 | 5subsection (d). |
