2626 An Act relative to reimbursement of the Marine Recreational Fisheries Development Fund.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 17C of chapter 130 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
3030 2Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:-
3131 3 (h) The Marine Recreational Fisheries Development Fund shall be reimbursed annually
3232 4from the general fund for all lost revenue attributed to the issuance of free licenses pursuant to
3333 5subsection (d).
