| 26 | 26 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 27 | 27 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 118E of the general laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, |

| 29 | 29 | | 2is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section:- |

| 30 | 30 | | 3 Section 83. The vaccine administration reimbursement rates for all providers |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 4administering all immunizations for Medicaid eligible adults and children shall be no less than |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 5the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regional reimbursement rate. This shall |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 6include billing through any Massachusetts Medicaid immunization payment providers or |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 7pharmacy benefit manager. |

| 35 | 35 | | 8 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on January 1, 2026. |
