| 30 | 30 | | 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph after the last paragraph:- |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 The Commonwealth shall be prohibited from providing any financial incentives, |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4including but not limited to lump-sum transfer payments or bonus payments, to landlords or |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5property owners for the purpose of prioritizing the housing of nonresident migrants over families |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6or individuals with legal residency in the Commonwealth. |
