2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 30 of Chapter 23B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
3030 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph after the last paragraph:-
3131 3 The Commonwealth shall be prohibited from providing any financial incentives,
3232 4including but not limited to lump-sum transfer payments or bonus payments, to landlords or
3333 5property owners for the purpose of prioritizing the housing of nonresident migrants over families
3434 6or individuals with legal residency in the Commonwealth.
