66	66	SUBSECTION, employees of the College are in an independent personnel system. 10

69	69	subsection shall include provisions for consideration of hiring a contractual employee to fill 12
70	70	a vacant position in the same or similar classification in which the contractual employee is 13

77	77	(b) If an employee was employed by the State in the skilled service of the State 18
78	78	Personnel Management System, beginning January 1, 1996, the employee’s years of service 19
79	79	as an employee of Baltimore City shall be added to the employee’s years of service with the 20
80	80	State for the purpose of determining: 21

82	82	(1) The annual leave accrual rate provided in § 9–302 of the State 22
83	83	Personnel and Pensions Article; 23

85	85	(2) Seniority under Title 11, Subtitle 2 of the State Personnel and Pensions 24

88	88	(3) Seniority under § 7–207(b) of the State Personnel and Pensions Article, 26
