101101 (a) (1) Except as provided in paragraphs (2), (3), (4), and (5) of this subsection, 2

103103 apportionment for each institution that qualifies under this subtitle by multiplying the 4
104104 number of full–time equivalent students enrolled at the institution during the fall semester 5
105105 of the fiscal year preceding the fiscal year for which the aid apportionment is made, as 6
