64 | 64 | | authorize the county to delegate to such separate authority the authority to acquire, by any 12 |

65 | 65 | | legal means, including by exercise of the power of eminent domain, land or property for 13 |
---|
66 | 66 | | residential, commercial, or industrial development or redevelopment, to develop or 14 |

67 | 67 | | redevelop land or property for residential, commercial, or industrial purposes, and to 15 |
