564+ SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That any entity or program that 26
565+receives a supplementary appropriation under Section 6 of Chapter 356 of the Acts of the 27
566+General Assembly of 2021 may retain any special funds received for the implementation of 28
567+the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future, as defined in § 5–401 of the Education Article, that 29
568+were not spent in fiscal year 2022. 30
