69 | 69 | | registration, other than fees, is deemed to have complied with this section. 13 |

71 | 71 | | (d) (1) A registrant may distribute controlled dangerous substances in 14 |
---|
72 | 72 | | Schedule I and Schedule II only in accordance with an order form. 15 |

74 | 74 | | (2) A registrant who complies with federal law on order forms for Schedule 16 |
---|
75 | 75 | | I and Schedule II is deemed to have complied with this subsection. 17 |

88 | 88 | | DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES may satisfy the reporting requirement under paragraph (1) of 25 |

89 | 89 | | this subsection by providing to the Department and the Office of the Attorney General 26 |
---|
90 | 90 | | copies of reports made under 21 C.F.R. § 1301.74(b). 27 |

---|
92 | 92 | | (3) Unless disclosed in the course of an administrative, civil, or criminal 28 |
---|
93 | 93 | | investigation or proceeding initiated to enforce local, State, or federal law or to protect the 29 |
---|
94 | 94 | | public health, a report made under paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be maintained 30 |
---|
95 | 95 | | confidentially. 31 |
