11-FOR the purpose of repealing the requirement that an individual serve beer, wine, and

13-containers and authorizing an individual to serve beer, wine, and liquor under the
14-license by the drink and by the bottle, from one or more outlets, for on–premises
15-consumption; authorizing an individual to serve beer, wine, and liquor in a glass

31- SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND,
32-That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
26+FOR the purpose of repealing the requirement that an individual serve beer, wine, and 3

111-each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
112-enacted.
