BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 12 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 13 Article – Election Law 14 4–203. 15 (a) (1) In Anne Arundel County, the members of the Democratic Party Central 16 Committee for the county shall be elected as follows: 17 (i) three members shall be elected from each legislative district 18 wholly contained within Anne Arundel County; and 19 2 HOUSE BILL 683 (ii) one member shall be elected from that portion within Anne 1 Arundel County of any legislative district that is partially contained within Anne Arundel 2 County. 3 (2) For the Anne Arundel County Republican Party Central Committee: 4 (i) [three] TWO members shall be elected from each councilmanic 5 district of Anne Arundel County; and 6 (ii) one member shall be elected from Anne Arundel County at large. 7 SECTION 2.
