77 | 77 | | apply retroactively and shall be applied to and interpreted to affect any workers’ 18 |

78 | 78 | | compensation claims filed before the effective date of this Act. 19 |

80 | 80 | | SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency 20 |
---|
81 | 81 | | measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health or safety, has 21 |
---|
82 | 82 | | been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three–fifths of all the members elected to 22 |
---|
83 | 83 | | each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is 23 |
---|
84 | 84 | | enacted. 24 |
