Baltimore City Public School Buildings – Notice of Demolition – Repeal 2 
 
FOR the purpose of repealing a certain exemption from a certain notification requirement 3 
relating to the demolition or partial demolition of certain public school buildings in 4 
Baltimore City; and generally relating to notification requirements for the 5 
demolition of certain school buildings in Baltimore City.   6

 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED B Y THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 17 
That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 18

 [(m) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a demolition or partial demolition 21 
of a school building under the Baltimore City Public Schools’ 10–Year Plan shall be exempt 22 
from any required notice to the Baltimore City Council or the President of the Baltimore 23

 [(n)] (M) State funds from other sources, grants, or programs may be used in 1 
combination with funds provided under this section for a project. 2 
 
 SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 3
